For the price, the product exceeded my expectations. I have used it about 4 times and it does work. My teeth aren't pure white as I want them to be but they are progressing.

First time using a bleach whitener. I have seen a change in color (got lighter) after 2 uses. I feel it didn't come with enough of the re-balancing gel for after usage, so now i have buy more re-balancer, i have twice as much whitener to re-balancer, but it works.

After trying many teeth whiteners over the years, I have found the Watts Power brand to be the most effective. The bonus of the FCP enamel gel makes this refill set perfect for fast whitening in additon to the health of your teeth.
The very large gels offer many many applications and also provides extra for touch ups. Saves your time and money....

The dispenser didn't hold up long enough for me to be able to get any whitening effect from the gel. The gel apparently hardens fairly rapidly, so after a couple of days it was very difficult to push in the plunger to squeeze out the gel. In fact, the plunger broke, so I tried to grasp it with pliers and pull it out. I then had to use a q tip to dip in the tube and apply the gel. It was quite a mess, and I wasn't able to do this more than 4 or 5 days. I could feel the gel tingling on my lips, so I think it was probably working, but the packaging was a poor design. Maybe I noticed a shade whiter in the few days I used it, but definitely not worth the mess. You also do need to separately buy a reliable tray to keep the gel on your teeth.

I have been ordering Watts Power White products for years from Direct 2u Wholesale LLC. I saw Watts Power advertised cheaper by White Smile but received a totally different, imitation product. Received some generic, unbranded, unsealed and loose gel in a shipping bag, TOTALLY GROSS! Will not buy from White Smile ever again, a very horrible experience... Amazon should be aware of this bad experience and seller activities... Be sure that the gels you order are Branded with the Watts Power Name to ensure authentic product and formula. The Watts Power branded formula works fast, offers great results, comes with detailed instructions plus all products are lab sealed. I am sticking to ordering from Direct 2u Wholesale so I know that I will receive the real deal...
