I received my first kit....used it....and it did not whiten my teeth. I was stressed at work and didn't feel like "arguing" with customer service so I didn't mention it for a while. Then I thought "hey, you spent the money"....so I sent an email explaining that the kit did not whiten my teeth like the other commercial brands did.
Soon after, I received an email with a tracking number, telling me a new kit had been sent to me, and that they stood by their product 100%.
Wow. Excellent customer service. So now, I'm on my third day.....and I have to say...my teeth are "glow in the dark" white! I must have just gotten a bad batch the first time. Stuff happens....but the key is whether the company is ready to make it right, and this company did. I've still got days and days to go...but already after the third treatment, my teeth are whiter than with the other store-bought brands.
Also, the type of peroxide used in this product does not cause the excrutiating pain that the other products do. Thats a plus.
Excellent product and excellent customer service.

I have been ordering Watts Power White products for years from Direct 2u Wholesale LLC. I saw Watts Power advertised cheaper by White Smile but received a totally different, imitation product. Received some generic, unbranded, unsealed and loose gel in a shipping bag, TOTALLY GROSS! Will not buy from White Smile ever again, a very horrible experience... Amazon should be aware of this bad experience and seller activities... Be sure that the gels you order are Branded with the Watts Power Name to ensure authentic product and formula. The Watts Power branded formula works fast, offers great results, comes with detailed instructions plus all products are lab sealed. I am sticking to ordering from Direct 2u Wholesale so I know that I will receive the real deal...

I've been drinking a cup of coffee everyday since my sophomore year of high school. Now, five years later, it's starting to show in my teeth. I wanted to whiten my teeth just a little bit by the time I went back home for Thanksgiving, and after a week, I can really tell the difference. I took pictures before and after each use, and there was even a slight different after the first treatment. (I'm actually doing a treatment as I'm typing this up~) I'd post the pictures, but Amazon isn't letting me. :(
I whitened once everyday (usually around 5-6pm after I eat dinner) for 30 minutes. I do my lower and bottom rows separately because it was hard holding the trays in both at one time. The taste of the gel isn't too bad. Though, the next morning, I had this very dry after taste, but it went away after I used some mouthwash and drank some water.
I messed up a little on the first treatment, and got a little bit of gel on my gums. It did burn for a little while, but went away before the 30 minutes were up. I didn't feel any soreness after the treatments, so I haven't used the the blue gel all that much. I've found it easier to just apply the gel directly onto my teeth and then putting on the tray.
My only issue is the trays. I tried molding them like in the instructions, but they still didn't fit all that great. So I went out and found smaller ones and they worked fine. Another thing is that flossing after whitening was a tad bit uncomfortable. I haven't had the problem since the second treatment, so maybe flossing before-hand would be best. :)
All in all, this is a great product! I can wait to go home for Thanksgiving to show off my super bright smile to the family!
P.S. Take pictures before and after each treatment! I enjoy documenting the progression, and maybe you will too! :)

If you shop around, you'll find this is an excellent price for tooth whitening product. Even better, it works far more quickly than OTC options.
In my package I received:
The case to store your trays in
Two heat molding trays
Tooth whitening gel
Remineralizing gel
At this time I am on my third use, and have noticed a tremendous difference. Since my teeth are prone to sensitivity, I'm doing one treatment a week, and have not found the remineralizing gel to help with sensitivity much. I have a great deal of product left, and expect I will be able to lighten for quite awhile with this set.
The heat molding trays were very easy to use. I actually used the hot water from my water cooler, and it took only seconds to get a good fit.
So far I am very happy, and feel like I have already gotten my money's worth.

I found this tooth bleach to be very effective. It whitened my teeth which were horribly stained as I am a coffee addict from way back. While it didn't send them movie star blindingly white (which Im actually glad about) it did lighten my teeth significantly and noticably. I would have been happy with just a shade or 2 lighter as I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with how well this worked.
You do have to be careful about trimming the mouth guards etc as the stuff really can burn up your gums, I had a sore on my gums the first time I used it as I didn't follow the instructions. But that was my fault not theirs and I made sure to read all the instructions and follow them after that and I had no problems.
I didn't get much sensitivity, but I used the remineraliser as instructed so that may have reduced the odds of that happening
