Liked the story but not the female lead. Sep 09, 2010

I could not Stand the female lead. I felt like she was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off the whole time yelling "I'm a police officer! I'm doing this for justice! FOR JUSTICE! Don't coddle me don't coddle me don't coddle me!" She kept putting everyone around her in more danger or at the very least creating problems because she couldn't just back down every once in awhile. God forbid anyone told her to stay in one place for a moment. She seemed too self righteous and annoying to like.
However I gave this three stars cause I really did like the story. It was fast paced and I didn't realize who the villain was till the author told me. Which was cool because I can usually guess who it is pretty early on. The author was very good at giving me a good visual in my mind of the setting and I liked the main male character a lot.
