 Long but enjoyable. Spoiler alert. Aug 18, 2010
This book didn't have to be this long, but it was very enjoyable. Epecially the political drama. I believe we all have supervisors that resemble "Ross" and very few "Kennedy's". I was not at all disapointed at the daeth of one of the characters, who I found to be annoying. Overall a long but good read.

I have read all the Vince Flynn books, featuring Mitch Rapp. man, once you start, you can't put them down. just be sure you read them in order. there are 12 counting the one that has not been released yet. he is a fantastic author!!!!!!!!

I have had mixed feelings while reading this book. Part of me enjoyed the "plotting and action" that Vince Flynn is so famous for. The other part disliked the extensive and often unnecessary explanations. Of course, the plot itself is also an issue. I didn't like this plot very much :-(
Despite the issues named above, I liked this book almost as much as the previous ones.

I think that this was my third Mitch Rapp novel. An assassin is paid to kill CIA undercover man Rapp in this story. I tend to be bored with series mysteries, but I listened to this audio-book, and enjoyed it. It's quite long and some parts moved a bit slowly, but mostly it was fast-paced. Flynn does a good job at giving up lots of background on all the secondary characters, and that makes this interesting. Like other Vince Flynn novels, this felt like a good season of 24.
