This is simply the absolute best book ever. Real advice, real solutions, REAL secrets. I have lost so much weight just by reading this book and applying the advice. It is so holistic. It doesn't just talk about weight like other books, but goes into the reasons behind emotional eating! You will love this!

With the first 2 great reviews I was really looking forward to my download.
But found that all it was was common advice that doesn't even last 10 pages!
I don't know about anybody else, but I do not consider that a book!
There is much more volume and content in Magazines!
Since this is a digital product, and we can not see the book at hand,
I am dissapointed with Kindle Personnel who should have added page numbers.
Very disappointed!
