This is a great generic Tylenol product. I find is it rapidly absorbed and very effective for relieving pain. The shipping was fast. I'm very pleased with the entire transaction.

I tried to buy Tylenol or the Costco Kirkland equivalent at my local Costco store and the pharmacist told me that they stopped selling it because of a disagreement in the formulation. She said it was not a negative reflection on the product itself and that the Kirkland brand is in fact made by the makers of Tylenol.
When I ordered it online at Amazon the description stated there were only 3 bottles left. That seems to indicate that there is a "new" formulation coming soon.
As far as reviewing the product, that's not as easy as reviewing most products. Whether it works or is a good product is highly subjective and personal. I am giving it 5 stars because it is a much better value than the bottle with the Tylenol brand name on it. I trust Costco Kirkland products to be a good value and also a good quality. For me, the recommended dosage of two gelcaps works. It seems to go to work within about 20-30 minutes.
My doctor tells me that acetaminophen pain relievers are safer than ibuprophen products in terms of liver damage, potential bleeding and heart damage. I am not a doctor but his recommendations seem to be supported by online medical reports.
The choice of what medications one uses is highly personal and I am not qualified to recommend a product pro or con in those terms, so again my review is based on it being a good value and knowing that it is actually made by a brand-name manufacturer.
